Halloween Ghosts

If you still didn't make anything for Halloween (like me) and suddenly you get the spirit, than I have something that's really quick to make: little ghosts . You just need two things: marzipan and chocolate eclairs (or chocokisses). 


Roll out the marzipan until flat as a sheet (use flour or confectioners sugar as it sticks to the surface), cut a circle out of it and cut out eyes and mouth.


Place the marzipan over the chocokiss and there you are: you have a ghost. So simple.
